Processing dates - Posted Oct-21-2004

No! this link still says Nov 16, 1999.

Somebody sent an AILA link a while ago which stated that dates are March, 2000 now. But CIS site nowhere mentions it.

First of all, Thanks CI ASYLEE for this update, processing dates are updated today, Oct 21 2004, I called last friday and was told that they are processing 11/16/99, so this is a good news, finally INS start processing after 11/16/99. Anyone gets approval after 11/16/99 please post your dates.
Also I ask the customer service, if they go by RD or ND, she said by RD.

gee..they are sooooo slow, only move on 4 months....
i was expecting to get adjusted in 2005 or 2006, guess not....

Cut-Off Date for Asylee Adjustments Announced by NSC

USCIS can continue approving asylum adjustment applications as the President recently signed Presidential Determination No. 2004-53, authorizing refugee admissions for FY 2005. The center has determined that during this fiscal year the center will process cases received on or before March 31, 2000 which is based on an analysis of the number of applications pending by receipt date.

Not too good, as per their original time-table the cut-off date for this FY was May 12/2000 so we're over 1 month behind it. More delays.
