Processing dates on USCIS site

I am waiting for my AP and EAD approvals with receipt dates of 09/27/2003 at VSC.

The USCIS site has a section for processing dates and the dates for VSC for I-131 and I-765 show 10/08/2003 and 10/01/2003. (this information is as of Jan 22nd, so I am sure these dates are a little older than current as we are already in Feb)

What do these dates mean? All applications before these dates have been approved already? And if do, why doesn't it show when I try to check my AP and EAD status online?

Any thoughts/comments/insight?

Hi,

As far as I know it means they are processing cases received from sep 11, 2003 to october 8,2003.(for AP). This is what they said when i enquired to customer service. I too filed for AP on 09/30/2003. Nothing so far.
