Just got a word from VSC through the local congress woman office in ohio. They are processing RD9/21/02 or before. Well, we know how much this means to us.. but just think it's good to share.

I believe you have discussed your case with your local representive. Did they promise to help you ?
 
Yes, Needhelp1, thanks so much for pointing me the right place to seek help. I just faxed everything to the congressman's office last night, and followed up with a phone call this morning, and then less than 1 hour, I am surprised to get an email from the girl in the office and told me my RD is indeed 2/25/2003. So I am relieved now.
