Processing by ND ? all xferred cases affected ?

Hi

Looks like NSC is processing neither by PD nor by RD.
If you look at the link on the USCIS web site for NSC processing :
https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/jsps/Processtimes.jsp?SeviceCenter=NSC

I-485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status :
Now Processing Cases with Receipt Notice Date of September 26, 2006
(Though I remember seeing it at March 03 2007 just 1-2 days back.)
Anyway, mine is a CSC->NSC xferred case, and I checked the transfer notice
it has ND (notice Date) of Feb 2007 (i.e when it was transferred to NSC)

This theory seems correct because I have seen many ppl with PD/RD
later than mine get approvals on this forum..

In case my theory is correct, we are screwed by NSC.

I-485 : delayed for ever ??
 
Mostly it looks like they follow 485RD,
but if that's the case my RD is 10/2003, I don't see mine yet!!?
I saw some approvals those RD are after 10/2003.

is yours a transferred case ?

This is my feeling :
(a real bad feeling: hoping it is not true)

NSC is using the ND's of transfer notices
(not the ND's of the original I-485 reciepts)
to order the cases.

That is presumabely why we are not seeing any movement on transferred case.

mine is not xfer case, it's been there with NSC since beginning.
