are they from india, china?

I haven't seen a solid evidence but sometime somewhere I have read they go for some countries with ease. nobody knows for sure may be just a speculation. i have a colleague who is from british isle, just applied 5 months ago, i would like to see what happens to his!

I know a friend who got is 485 apd, RD is JAN 2003.
He filed concurrent I140/485. His case was transfered to local office. His wife's case has not been aproved yet.

He and his wife, both are from India (East India - if we think that matters too).

I am not sure why are we still not sure that BCIS processing is random!?

That makes me thinking whether they surely are random. I speculate, they take easier cases first - that take less time. The cases that are bulky (family with lots of papers in the files etc.) lie in the shelves longer for some diligent officer to come by.

I am note sure that country is going to get you there any faster. I am an Australian (we were even a part of the coalition of the willing), I am a March 02 baby. Seen Nada to this point.
