Process Times for August

1- Anyone know when do they update the pages that shows process times for the DOs? I thought it updates on the 15th of every month.

2- Also when do i know that my file/application has been moved from the SC to DO? is it when my application status is not longer available on the USCIS site?

Lately they have posted about 1 week after the 15th of the month.

2- Also when do i know that my file/application has been moved from the SC to DO? is it when my application status is not longer available on the USCIS site?

When you receive IL or have confirmed that interview has been scheduled for you .
