Process time and I-485 approval

I cannot believe that my I-485 was approved on April 19th. According to the CSC process time report, CSC is currently processing an I-485 that was submitted on November 02, 2004. But my I485 RD is 12/22/04. It only took about 6 months for CSC to approve my case. It is amazing. I filed I-140 in July 2004 without filing I-485 concurrently. I-140 was approved on February 23, 2005. After 2 months later of I-140 approval, my I-485 was approved. It is really amazing. This means that CSC process time report is not really reliable. I hope all of your cases will be approved soon. Thank you.

I did not know my PD because my labor certificate was sub but just found in the approval notice letter that PD is August 2001.

I found a little trend for both I-140 and I-485 approvals. I had an LUD w/o a status change for I-140 on January 4, 2005 and for I-485 on April 1, 2005. I-140 was approved on February 23, 2005 (about 7 weeks after the LUD). I-485 was approved on April 19, 2005 (about 3 weeks after the LUD). If you see an LUD on your case after biometric FP and name check (I have never checked a name check), you can expect to receive a good news soon unless USCIS sends you an RFE. Good luck.
