I want to apply OCI card for my 14 year old son who is an American citizen. He is in India since he was 10 years old and studying. His American passport is expired and PIO card is stolen. What will be the process for his exit fro India? I m an Indian Citizen. I understand that he needs a valid American passport. Should I apply for his exit Visa?
