Procedure to include India born child in GC

Hi,

I had applied for GC with my spouse. After finger printing,
we came to India and had a child. How to include the
child in our GC processing. We are expecting our GC approval
any time soon.

The child must be in US to be included in the GC process.
U must include the child in the GC process, before the primary applicant's GC is approved.
So, immidiately bring ur kid to the US and add the kid as dependent to ur GC process.

If ur GC is approved, then u have to apply GC for the kid using family based immigration.
 
I did not know that Follow to Join can be used for a child.

Hi folks,

Thank you for the solution to add child to GC process.
I have one more query. After our fingerprinting done
in US, can the processing be transferred to get the GC
through consulate in India.
