Problems with change of address

Hello everyone,

Ok here is the problem:

My husband filed for me I-130 in August 2008. At that time he was a permanent resident. We moved to another city in February, so we did a change of address online and received notice that they know our new address. Few days after i checked my status online and it said that post office returned my document i130 as undeliverable, please contact us within 180 days or your application will be destroyed. So we did contact them in the middle of the February and they said that they are going to send that thing again....
since then nothing ??? We called few more times but nothing :(
My main concern is that my hubby is becoming a citizen tomorrow, so we can file the rest of the package, but i don't know if i am going to have a problem because they sent me something that i didn't get?? My online status is still the same...
I have to call them tomorrow to tell them that hubby became citizen, should i ask them again about that undeliverable package?

So...thank you in advance :)

INFOPASS, go for it! Calling won't help at all - those are useless clerks (although INFOPASS is not always useful either, but at least you have a chance to talk to IO with FULL access to the records). What exactly did they send you? Notice that they received it or something else?

I got a notice that they received my case in August 2008...so that is not it, have no idea what is that about ...
Here is what my online status says:
On February 20, 2009, the post office returned your document I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN as undeliverable. We will hold it for 180 days from February 20, 2009 to allow you time to contact us. If you do not contact us at 1-800-375-5283 within 180 days, this document will be destroyed and you will need to file a new application or application for replacement with fee.

We called like 5 times and nothing...
So you think infopass? Am i going to have a problem cause my visa expired on February 2009, if i get infopass?

Thank you all!

We called today to let them know that he became citizen yesterday, they told us that they will assign case to someone on June 21st and that we shouldn't send i-485 or anything before that. So i am a bit confused, should i, or should i not send the rest :)

Thanks again!

are you in legal status?

they do say a lot of things they don't follow through with... I'd file I-485 with a copy of a notice of receipt.

I have one more question. I got a copy of my medical exam, so i am looking if everything is ok, and under this section about TB it says that if Skin Test is > or = to 5 mm that x-ray is required. They wrote in size of reaction section for me, 5mm so it's negative...
Now i am confused, on the form says that if it is = 5mm, i need chest x-ray.
Should i go back and ask to have chest ray done before i send this i-693, to avoid future problems?
Thanks
