I'm having problems with US Consulate and I would like to know what else I can do.
My relatives had a priority date for F4 as SEPT93 and US consulate in Guangzhou suppose to process their applications in august/sept of 2005. One relative got the interview and already came to US with his greencard. However, another relative with exact same priority date hasn't receive ANY packages from US consulate in Guangzhou. Phone calls, emails, and written requests to Consulate got no useful response. All we got was canned message that says "we are processing your paperwork and please keep on waiting".
It's been more than 6 month since the priority became current and they are processing JAN95 priority dates. Is there anything else that I can do for them to give me a REAL answer on what's going on? Did they LOOSE the paperwork for my relative?
