Problem with Son's Green Card

Hi My wife and my son enterd the US on K3-K4. Now I just filed for their green card and now they want copy of my son's I-130 wich I never filed. Because When I filed for my wife he wasn't born. And when she got the visa he was 2 month old so he came with her on K4. so i never filed I-130 for him so now wat should I do. Should I filed a copy of I-130 and send it or .


Need Help I only have 80 days to responce back to them
