problem with InfoPass Scheduler in Houston

A friend of mine has been trying to schedule an appointment to visit the Houston district office for Passport stamping, since yesterday. Everytime he types in his zipcode, which is within Houston, he gets a message saying the service is not available for his area? Anybody has similar experiences or know a workaround. Thanks.

same problem....

I tried calling customer service....they said that it means that there are no more appointments....try again tomorrow...

I was not sure if that was the problem with Houston or Infopass...so I tried a zip code in Dallas, and it works fine....
 
Same problem...

May be this means that a lot of people have got approval and are making appointments , which makes infopass so busy? If this is the case we should all celebrate...
 
I tried 75207 and got to the next screen
I did try and try and finally got Appnt for 23rd December...in Houston
Very soon it will be 999 days wait for infopass appnt... :rolleyes:
