My company decided not to sponser my Greencard as their policies changed.
I was wanting to know if I can apply GC through hiring some lawyer (If YES,How to go about it)OR should I change my job where in they agree to sponsor my GC.
Please give your inputs.

funny why your company would not want to do your GC. however the best thing to do would be to look for an alternate company who would be willing to help you. are you currently on a project? if yes, it will be easier for you to get a sponsoring company.
