Problem with DS 3032

hello everyone ,

my husband who CS asked me to fax him DS3032 , but in the form when i put my last name , it shows automaticly down in "country"

for example my last time name is "sssss" i see it automactly down in the form in the place blanket of "country"

is it normal ?

I am not sure what you referring to....you meant when you typed your last name on the last name box, instead of showing it on the last name box, your typed text was showing up in the "country" box?

there must be some settings on your pdf reader that's causing this issue. You can just print out the blank form on paper and fill it out with a black pen.

i even went to internet cafe and i had the same problem !! after i print it , i used my corection pen to delete my last name in the country box and i faxed it !!
