Problem?: Married but Filed Single in ITR

I will be applying my citizenship based on 3 years marriage with USC, however when I was preparing all the needed documents i notices that the last 2 ITR were filed as Single instead as Married, I overlooked that and only this year that I will be filing as Married.
Since I will be submitting 3 years ITR's, will I be in trouble?????
I will appreciate any comments from any body who has a good knowledge on this.
 
I just had my interview last based on three years marriage. The officer check the both names and the address on the return and then gave them back to me. It is always adviceable to have both names on there. You can always try as it depend on the officer. For me I am taking the oath on march 8
 
ITR requirement for 3 Year married to USC

I could only present 2 ITR's with our names on it as married bu the first one I filed as single by mistake.
Will hits be a problem??
How many ITR's should I submit???
