Problem logging in to USCIS

Is anyone having problem with USCIS site? I have not been able to login to USCIS to check my pending application. I keep getting below error message:

Validation Error(s)
You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding:

Login failed. Check user id and password.
Multiple duplicate SRs already exist for the customer
**********************************************


I even requested a new password, but it does not work either. Does anyone know how I can get this problem fix?

I know there was a problem with the infopass system. I had e-mailed the webmaster regarding the problem. There was also an alert on the homepage that the infopass system was down. However, it was rectified by Friday. You may e-mail the webmaster at uscis.webmaster@ dhs.gov. As soon as the problem was rectified I received an e-mail saying the problem was rectified.

You may also want to check change your password as it expires every 60 or 90 days...

I don't know what you mean. When I first login to the USCIS website, I used my original password and received an error message. I thought I have entered the wrong password so I requested a new password via the forgot my password option link. The new passwords does not work either. I am posting my original posting so that I can find out wheather other people on this forum experience the same problem like I do.

I think you guys are talking about different thing. CCong: Are you talking about your account with the uscis through which you access your the information for your pending application? If that is the case, the mistake do happen once in while. It could be that they are updating/upgrading the system, or whatever application you filed, they have approved your application and they logged it up untill they update it for the new information...good luck...

Yes, I am referring to the section that allows me to login and check my pending application. Thanks for responding to my posting.
