problem in e-filing ...help needed urgent

I got am email from my attorney as copied below ... She was trying to e-file my case and had some problem .. any clue?? btw I am single so she was leaving the space blank ... thanks in advance

"In Part 7, the form would not let me go to the next page if I do not
complete this section. I am not sure if you have family members. I indicate
none at first but it would not let me proceed with the next page unless I
indicate a date of birth and country of birth"

please any hint?

Pana,
I am single too and I did not write anything in Part 7. Tell your lawyer to NOT write "none" because the system may recognize this word as the name of a person and then it requires date of birth and country of birth for the word "none".

JUST NOW GOT EMAIL FROM E-File SUPPORT TEAM as below ... REZA you are right


There are no required fields in Part 7. "Information on spouse ...". If the questions do not pertain to you, you may select continue without inputting any information. The system will bring you back to the page and provide a warning in blue text informing you that there are incomplete sections, however, because these are not required, you can select continue and the system should take you to the next screen. Our team just completed a test I-140 and were able to bypass the screen without inputting any information.

If you continue to have problems, you may need to begin a new application.
