My sister got her visa stamped 1 year back and could not travel to US but wants to travel now. Does she need any fresh paperwork or needs to go for stamping again. please let me know what papers she would require at the POE.
Its H1 alright and the employer has sent a fresh offer letter plus the explanation she is giving is that her present employer did not relieve her till now due to some important deadlines. Any other paperwork needed...???
