Called and IIO today.Checking my case status she asked me whether my employer has filed the I140.I told her Yes and then ashe said,after you I140 is approved,then only your case will move forward.
My company filed for proactive I140(though there was no RFEon that) only this May22nd.I have not recvd the reciept yet.

She mentioned that as soon as I140 is entered in the system it will be linked to i-485 and all the petitions would be processed faster.

Currently they have a backlog of about 2 months for data entry of all the petitions.

Any updates on AC21 field guidelines on company name change
issue. It looks like nothing works ? VSC has 6 weeks backlog
in processing mails. God only knows about when we get our
GC.

I have filed my I140 around May 24th. waiting for the receipt
notice.
