Privious LC

Hi Friends,

I have an ugent question about a privious approved LC. I 've worked for my current company for about 9 months and is about to apply for a LC. My company has a LC issued in 1998. This LC has never been used because the old engineer left the country in 1997. I was hired to replace his position. I have the same job qualifications and responsibilities as he did. Is there any chance for me to make use of this LC for my GC application? Thanks.

You can use that LC if you have all the education, experience written on approved LC before you joined the employer. Take the copy of approved LC and see what is written on ETA 750 A in column 13, 14, 15 if they match and you had that qualifications before you joined the employer use it. take the lawyer help.
