Priorty Date question

Hi,

My RIR LC got transferred from state to SFO DOL on 01/09/2004.
I got the transmittal notice from my attorney. She also told me that DOL is taking 3-4 months to log the case and after that I will get a receipt from DOL.

Does anyone know what my PD with DOL is?
Is it the date tha my labor is transferred to DOL or the date when DOL opens my case?

I really appreciate your help on this

the priority date will be the date when DOL receives your application.
