Hi,
My priority date was october 28 2005 and I have to change my employer, but the new employer only does the labor in Eb3 category. Can I use my previous priority date even if the new labor is applied thru Eb3.

Do you have an approved I-140 based on the old LC? If not, then no.

Even if you do have the old 140, if your ex-exployer uses the related LC to file for someone else you probably can't.
