Gusy, anyone can tell me how far back are these guys planning to go with this retrogressing for eb3, from what i have a little memorry, all the dtaes became current in jan or feb of 01, so from my guess, they could not go back more that 2002, as to say that they ahve moved a year in three years, any more gues or info is welcomed, thanks
