Priority dates and CP question

Hi,
According to murthy.com the priority dates for EB3 are expected to regress by Jan 2003. In light of this new development I have the following questions :
Upto what stage after 1-140 approval do you need to have a PD that is current ?
Does the PD have to be current until an interview date is issued or does it have to be current all the way upto the granting of the GC at the consulate.
What happens if the PD is current when the interview is scheduled but not current when you go for the interview.

Immigration experts, please shed some light on this.

Thanks in advance,
Milind

PD becomes in a factor in the post 140 period. Usuall it was that you could file 485 only after your PD becomes current. Don't know how this effects wrt concurrent filing.

WRT to CP, I believe it is NVC'll forward the case to the consulate after the PD is current. I think that once the the NVC forwards the case, it PD does not matter.
