My father applied for an EB3 based green card when I was 19 years old. However by the time he had gotten his application approved by the labor department I had already aged out. Now I'm applying for an EB3 based green card myself I am wondering if I can use the priority date that my father had originally. (He did list me as a son on his original application). Thank you in advance for your help.
