Priority Date Retrogression: Spouse Petetion

Hello,

I would like to know if my wife's case will be effected by Priority Date Retrogression. Please share your thoughts.

I applied 140 in EB1 category in Sept 2001.
Approved in Feb 2002
Applied 485 in May 2002

Got married in Dec 2003 and applied 485 for my wife in March 2004.

My petetion got approved in July 2004 and now I have my card.

My wife's FP is done in November 2004.

Waiting for her approval.

Does Priority Date Retrogression affect her 485?

You says you applied I -140 under EB1 --

EB1 and EB 2 are current as of now.
Only EB3 - and born in ?india/china/Phi are effected by retro....

So cool..... you are fine
