Priority date retro

Do anybody have any idea when the priority dates will change from Jan 2002 to some where. I heard that for Feb 2005 it is still going to be Jan 2002 only.
If the date changes from Jan 2002 to somwhere what it may be??(may be upto Dec 2002)??

I’ve heard from somewhere (can’t remember, could be this forum) that the further retrogression is possible. From the immigration aspect most of the bad news always turns out to be true finally.

God help us…
 
My guess: In April (start of 3rd quarter) or July(start of 4th quarter) this year. If unallocated visas are allowed to be used, then it COULD become current once again. we have to wait and watch. If not, my guess would be around PD jan 2003 by Oct 05 although would LOVE to see it go ahead.
