Priority Date Question

I filed my labor under EB3 Category and i-140 under EB2.
I Got my I-140 cleard and now I am on EAD.
Does my priority date considered un der EB2 date or not. I mean right now USCIS is processing the I-485 with priority date Jan 03 for EB2 category and JUL 01 for EB3 Category.
Which Priority date I should look for / USCIS considers.

EB2. There is no EB category when filing labor, only qualification requirements. If I140 was filed in EB2 then, you are EB2.
