Priority date question - petitioner became a citizen

Hello,

My parent petitioned for me to get a green card, and my I130 was approved in 2004. On the date of my priority date I was under 21, and am currently 25.

Since my parent was a permanent resident at the time, I was placed in category 2 and was waiting for my visa # from the state department.

My parent just became naturalized. Since at the time of my priority date I was under 21, is it possible for me to get a visa # immediately, or am I no longer qualified as a child under 21, and am placed in category 1?

Thank you

Argh. CPSA makes my head hurt. My guess would be that since the I-130 doesn't appear to be pending very long, then there is very little that can be subtracted from your age, and additionally you never "aged out", just switched categories, therefore you'd be FB1.
