Hi folks,
Back in May 1999 my company filed for my LC(Regular) but before it got approved they decided to drop the Labour petition.With that LC my priority date was May 1999.
From the same company my Labour was processed in RIR in March 2000.Currently my labour and my 140 stages are complete.I am waiting for my PD to get current to file for I-485.
I am curious if I can use May 1999 as my PD.Should I have used this date during my RIR LC and I-140 or can I still claim the old PD.
Though the job position name is different between the regular LC and the RIR one the description of the job profile are almost similar.
Please share your thoughts
