Priority date Portability

Here is my situation,

I am indian citizen.
Right now working for company A and green card is in progress,

Case details(Company A)

EB3, priority date December 2001, labor approved and I140 approved.

Another green card petition with company B is in progress,

Case details(Company B)
------------------------
EB2, priority date June 2005, Labor approved and I140 approved. I did not port priority date while applying for I140.

Now i am planning to port company As priority date to apply for I485 in EB2 category(with company B).
The questions i have are,
Lets say i apply for 485 now(Using Company Bs EB2 140 and Company As EB3 priority date), i dont know how to put it but can i file 485 again if My EB3 priority date becomes current?

------------- You may have not told your lawyer at the time of filing second I-140 he should have done that by providing copy of your early PD evidence
Now i am planning to port company As priority date to apply for I485 in EB2 category(with company B).
-------------- your lawyer need to write on cover letter that you have PD of December 2001, provide the copy of earlier approved I-140
The questions i have are,
Lets say i apply for 485 now(Using Company Bs EB2 140 and Company As EB3 priority date), i dont know how to put it but can i file 485 again if My EB3 priority date becomes current?
