Do any of you see your Priority Date displayed in your 140 / 485 receipt notice...
The column is left blank on my documents...
Is this indicative of a problem and should it be fixed ?.
Appreciate your feedback.

viki_san,

The PD can be found on the approved I-140 application. Your lawyer should have the official approval notice for the 140.

Hi Saras,
As i mentioned earlier, the Priority Date column is blank on both the 140 and 485 documents... Hence my concern.

viki_san,

The 140 and 485 receipt notices do not have the PDs. The 140 Approval notice has the PD. Please check the approval notice. If your 140 has not been approved yet then wait for the approval and the notice that is sent out on approval will have the PD.

EB category (EB1/EB2/EB3) is also displayed somewhere ?
Same -- PD & EB category will be in the 140 APPROVAL NOTICE

EB category would be in the Notice Type box (Section: xxx)

I had following under notice type of I-140 approval notice.

Notice Type : Approval Notice
Section: Skilled Worker or professional ,
Sec: 203(b) (3) (A) (i) or (ii)

So, am I EB1 or EB2 ?

I have the same thing on my 140 Approval notice and my attorney confirmed that it is EB3.

Any thoughts
