Priority Date = null (blank)

The receipt notices for my wife and I have priority date = null. It seems that CSC is sorting case by ascending ND and PD.

Our RD = 7/16 and ND = 8/29. We check AVM every night since late December 2001, still waiting...

Anybody has PD = null? Is this normal?

Thanks.

Even mine is blank

But when I asked the same question some time back in this forum, I was told it\'s normal to have it blank. I think my FP notice had my RD as PD.

Mine is EB2 - RIR

If INS sort the application based on RD/ND and PD, null PD may not be selected/queried. Anybody else can give us a clue? Are there folks with RD May / June / July and null PD got approval recently?

Thanks.

rest of application

I have no evidence to support this argument. AP and EAD application are simple applications, the fact that there are less work involved make it is possible to process and approve them in big batches. Even null PD will be covered due to processing volume. However, for i485, seems to me that officers are assigned with cases, need further involved investigation. When I look at PCee list, most approval are for applications with much earlier PD. I am not sure how this hypothesis will affect our null PD.

I\'ve created a seperate thread to track this

so please post your details there and let\'s keep track of our cases.....thanks
