Priority Date in the Receipt notice is empty

Guys,

Please help with this. My receipt notice has both RD and ND but ,the box for Priority date is empty. Does anybody else have this same issue? Would this affect the process in any way?

My I-140 is through the same service center NSC.

My lawyer is not taking this seriously. He dont want to send a correction note as he feels it will confuse them. Could you check up with your lawyer.
