Priority Date for spouse

Can some please point me to a link or website where it is officially documented that the spouse gets the same priority date as the primary applicant when she is added later in I-485 stage.

spouse and eligible dependants are derivative beneficiaries. they derive priority date from the primary applicant.

adding spouse or eligible dependants at the later stage will have different receipt notice date. service center process application based on receipt notices but approve only after the priority date is current.
