My children aged out before I received Employment Authorization was approved, so were not able to be included with my 485 application. Now that I have my Permanent Resident status, I want to sponsor them for family-based Green Card.
My question is what will their priority date be? I have been told that their priority date will be the same as my original priority date, since they are entitled to the same consideration as the original petitioner, and since they were under 21 at that time. My original priority date was the date Employment Authorization was recieved by the DOL. I assume that will be their priority date now.
Is that correct? How does USCIS know my originnal PD?
