Priority date for 2B not moving?

I have a green card petition in INS that was submitted by my
mom back in August 95....

I believe I will need to wait for the priority date for "2B" that is
listed on
http://travel.state.gov/visa_bulletin.html

Anyone know why for the last two months, the priority date was
stuck on May01,95...??

i'm the same in sep 95 and still waiting it to move ?? it will be frozen or what ??? JT-KGY did the NVC finish your P3 review of so how many days it took , mine is with them since 15-oct

DS 230 form

it is your documentation and the form DS 230 part one did you send it to NVC for review ? or what?
 
I never got any DS 230 form... Should I receive the form from
them by now or something?

All I got recently was earlier this year.... from NVC, asking if I want
to adjust my status....
 
it seems we are in differant processes with NVC since i'm reside outside usa but you are in, i think you shouls contact them to ask about the process and if they need to send you some files because fail to recieve and send those files making process delays.
