Priority Date Current But Processing Date Not

Hi members,
As everybody by now who are in the GC Ordeal know that EB2 for India has moved to June'2006 for August bulletin.
My QUESTION is my priority date is Feb'06(EB-2) but when i'am checking the processing times for Applications filed for 1-485 at TSC are now 17th June'06
My application receipt date is 06-27-2006 & Receipt date is 09-18-2006,so how does my application process?
does it need to like bothe priority date & processing date need to be same?
or as the priority date is current they process the GC irespective of the received date?
BELLA,ATTORNEY,SGUITAR,Please suggest.

If your receipt date 06/27/06, you are cool.. Cross your fingers.

For the retrogressed cases for which they already have the application, do they wait till 1st of the next month to start approving cases (since the visa bulletin is for August) or do they start sending the approval right away?
 
Thought So...

Spoke IO today about my application.I was informed that though my priority date is Feb'06 & current as per August bulletin,they are currently processing applications received on 07-17-2007 & I have to wait to findout till my processing date is current or 30days are passed the processing date.
In other words they wont issue GC until both the Priority date & Processing date(Receipt/notice date) are current & base upon avaailbilty of visa #'s.
 
ok. I called up TSC. they told me that PD & processing date should be current for them to look at your file. Also according to IO eb2 eb2 485 processing RD July 2007 cases now.
I wanted to get a fingerprint notice for my 12 month old application.

did you get to schedule the FP by calling them?
I called up TSC and national customer service too. They said we can't schedule FP by calling the 1-800 no.
 
nope.I was told I will have to wait(the lady went on talking about what are the reasons why they havent requested FP so far- crazy waste of time) until they pick up my case. let me know if there is any short cut to ask for fp scheduling
