This is just my speculation; My firend\'s I485 ND was 03/13/01 and has been approved on 11/29/01. My I485 ND was 12/26/00, and was approved on 12/05/01. We both have same PD 02/12/99. For this reason can we say that NSC is processing cases of PD of Feb 1999 regardless of ND?

No. My PD 2/1997. If that was the case, mine should have been approved abt a year ago.

NSC doesn\'t go by PD (or even ND).
At NSC AD\'s are random, FP\'s are random.
For an NSC approval you need to have luck on your side and hope your file hasn\'t fallen through the cracks and forgotten forever.
(same goes for Chicago DOL). What is it about these midwesterners? Maybe they\'re less intelligent than people in East/West coasts?
