Priority date affect on AC21??

Any one applied for AC21 in EB3 Category, with I485 Reciept Notice After July 2004. And Priority date After July 2002 ??

My case is

I485 RD July 2004
Labor PD December 2003 under EB3

As per New yates Memo it is ok to shift on AC21. I am wondering is there any one in the same boat.

All AC-21 requires is pending I-485 for six months. If I-140 is approved it is better. No other factors are related to AC-21. Do not worry about priority dates just move on.
 
Today I got emails from CRIS,for Both me anMy Wife cases RFES. I am wondering what it would be. Are they trying to clear our case??
