I am a US citizen also. I was engaged to a

filipina. I applied with her for a marriage

license in the Philippines but I left before

a marriage ceremony could be done but she

and her family and the town mayor (have no

proof but pretty good guess that the mayor

was bribed) still executed a "certificate of

marriage" with my signature forged and many

other false enteries. I am thinking of

doing an annulment in my state (nevada) - it

is not difficult just cost money. So my

question is: once I have the annulment in

hand so I still have to tell uscis about

this false marriage ?

Yes, because most of the USCIS forms ask about marriages including annulled marriages.
Remember with the VAWA act even if you had not filed anything with USCIS for her, she can still get a Green Card. If she had gotten the marriage registered fraudulently then she might make more fraudulent papers and evidence in Philippines that you abused her and get a GC.

I think you should contact the State Department and alert thm to this fraud being attempted against you. IF she ever tries to use a forged document that supposedly has your signature on it, they should have your real signature to compare it to so they can rule it a fraud.
