Printing threads

Some really popular thread have grown so long and deep that it is hard to navigate the tree and keep track of which branch one may has missed to read. So I was wondering if there is a way to print a certain thread entirely. Or even dump it on disk and then read it.

I am guessing others may be wondering about this as well and some may have a solution as well. So I decided to post this question here.
