primary pending dependent approved 485

Dear all,

I filed 485 for me and my wife, I am the primary, my wife is dependent. They returned the application because I wrote the date on the check in European format, I made new ones and sent them back, they updated my status to pending, but my wife status is still as rejected. However, my wife received a welcome letter and later her green card, but I haven’t. And the status online are still (rejected for my wife) (pending for me).
It’s been about a month now.


Is this normal? Any suggestions? Please advise.

Chances are your case is also approved. There is some problems with online system. I have seen people have received PR cards and online system showing pending.

Now, did you check your lawyer if s/he received anything?

If not, I would take infopass and check this out.

I filed the application myself without a lawyer, I will call for an appointment to check it out.
