Dear Friends,
My H1-B is approved until 2009,
my wife's H4 is expired on October 2007, we have applied for extension
on September 2007 (applied before current expiration date), currently it is in pending status.
Now, I am planning to change my employer, is it safe to wait until the H4 approval? or can I do it before?
