Spouse not approved yet same rd and ND. NO FP, NO RFE

Any suggestions appreciated

You've just joined a pretty sizeable club. For temporary solace see the thread started by tiger100 that has a no. of folks in the same boat.

DId you try calling BCIS for your wife's case. Did they give nay reponse. I am curious as i just joined this club. IS there any kind of time frame when this kind of cases will get approved

Spouse called BCIS 1-800 # on 6/10/03 and received a response letter from VSC on 7/7/03. it said to call back in 60~90 days if case not approved.
