primary and derivate both got rfe

Hi,
I am the primary applicant of our i-485. I was pregnant when filed and didn't give the TB test. Now we received rfe for both ( myself and husband). Don't know yet what the rfe is? could something be wrong? we are expecting only my rfe.
Any ideas please help.
