I have been previously charged as a 16 year old for driving with undue care while under influence of alcohol. My licence was suspended for one year. Will this be a problem for green card lottery? (My name has been selected). No other charges. Please advise

Since you were 16 you may be able to get the record expunged. See a lawyer. It takes about 2 months to do this and you will not have to report the incident.
