Previous Empolyers EVL Issues

Hello,

I have few Q's related to Previous Empolyers EVL Issues,

1) Assuming the EVL is given by ex-colleague or ex-supevisor instead of
Company - are there any RFE's on the Case

2) Is ex-Colleague or Supervisor contacted by USCIS ?

3) Any additional Information on this matter shall be appreciated.

Previous company cannot give you the Employment Verification Letter. Are you talking experience letter?
 
Usually they are not verified. You have support your claim with the documents like pay slips and W-2 for that company.
If your friend is writing experience letter ask him notarize the letter.
It is better if you/he has companies letter head.
