previous drink driving a problem?

I have been previously charged as a 16 year old (I am now 21) for driving with undue care while under influence of alcohol. My licence was suspended for one year. Otehrwise clean record. Will this be a problem for green card lottery? (My name has been selected). Any replies appreciated
